What H315+H320 means

Skin corrosion is irreversible damage to the skin, visible as full-thickness destruction of skin tissue after an exposure of up to four hours. Skin irritation is reversible damage. Serious eye damage is tissue damage or serious vision decay that is not fully reversible within 21 days, and eye irritation is changes in the eye that are fully reversible within 21 days.

Contact can burn or irritate skin and damage eyes, in the worst cases permanently.

What to do

Wear chemical-resistant gloves, protective clothing and eye or face protection. After skin contact, remove contaminated clothing and rinse the skin with water. After eye contact, rinse cautiously with water for several minutes, remove contact lenses if easy to do, keep rinsing, and get medical attention.

This is general guidance for the hazard class. The safety data sheet for your product always takes precedence.
