# SDS Lookup > Look up safety data sheet (SDS) information for thousands of chemicals: GHS hazard statements, pictograms, exposure limits, first aid, PPE, storage and transport data — plus a free AI tool that reads and explains any SDS you upload. SDS Lookup summarizes public safety data for 130 chemical substances in the 16-section SDS format (identification, GHS hazards, first aid, fire-fighting, spills, storage, exposure limits/PPE, properties, reactivity, toxicology, ecology, disposal, transport, regulatory). Data comes from PubChem and the sources it aggregates (EU CLP Annex VI harmonised classifications, ECHA C&L Inventory notifications, NIOSH, OSHA, NOAA CAMEO Chemicals, HSDB); every fact is attributed on the page. GHS statement wording is GHS Rev. 10. Pages describe pure substances and do not replace a supplier's SDS. ## Key pages - [Chemical index A–Z](https://sdslookup.org/chemicals/): every chemical summary; each lives at /chemicals// - [Search by name or CAS](https://sdslookup.org/search/): also /cas// redirects to the chemical page - [AI SDS analyzer](https://sdslookup.org/tools/sds-analyzer/): upload an SDS PDF/photo for a plain-English breakdown - [GHS overview](https://sdslookup.org/ghs/) - [Hazard statements (H-codes)](https://sdslookup.org/ghs/hazard-statements/): one page per code, e.g. https://sdslookup.org/ghs/hazard-statements/h225/ - [Precautionary statements (P-codes)](https://sdslookup.org/ghs/precautionary-statements/) - [GHS pictograms](https://sdslookup.org/ghs/pictograms/) - [GHS hazard classes](https://sdslookup.org/ghs/hazard-classes/) - [How to read an SDS](https://sdslookup.org/sds/) and [the 16 SDS sections](https://sdslookup.org/sds/sections/) - [Guides](https://sdslookup.org/guides/), [Regulations](https://sdslookup.org/regulations/): OSHA HazCom, WHMIS, REACH/CLP, DOT - [DOT hazard classes](https://sdslookup.org/dot/hazard-classes/), [NFPA 704](https://sdslookup.org/nfpa-704/), [Glossary](https://sdslookup.org/glossary/) - [Data sources and methodology](https://sdslookup.org/data-sources/) ## Optional - [Full chemical list with CAS numbers, signal words and hazard codes](https://sdslookup.org/llms-full.txt)
